IAgrE, The Institution of Agricultural Engineers is the professional body for Engineers, Scientists, Technologists and Managers in agriculture and the environment, agri-technology and allied landbased industries.
IAgrE promotes professionalism amongst its members through professional qualifications with the Engineering Council (EngC) and the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and registration with the Landbased Technician Accreditation Schemes.
IAgrE is a learned body and provides a wide range of Conferences & Events enabling members to continue their Professional Development.
IAgrE publishes its membership journal Landwards and is the owner of Biosystems Engineering which publishes research representing advances in understanding or modelling of the performance of biological systems for sustainable developments in land use and the environment, agriculture and amenity, bio-production processes and the food chain.
IAgrE works with industry and academic partners to promote careers throughout the landbased sector.
