The automotive supplier will further expand its development and production expertise especially in the regions of North America and Asia in the coming years.
Based in the north of Coventry for more than 25 years, Brose Limited is the UK subsidiary of the corporate group. From here the mechatronic specialist supplies its major customers Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Volvo and its newest customer Nissan with seat and window mechanisms. Brose UK is currently undergoing major expansion to meet increases in new orders and volumes. This has already involved operating in a second plant in the centre of Coventry, and the company is now investigating further expansion in the area. In line with this expansion, the company is planning to grow its workforce from just under 500 to more than 800, including continuous training and development of 14 apprentices and its own graduate development programme as part of Brose’s “grow our own” strategy.
