First established in 1902 and now based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, Triumph Motorcycles is the largest British-owned automotive manufacturer, producing around 55,000 bikes per year. Based out of Hinckley, Leicestershire the business has manufacturing facilities in Hinckley and Chonburi, Thailand, plus CKD assembly facilities in Manaus (Brazil) and Manesar (India). In total Triumph currently employs over 2200 personnel worldwide and has sales offices in the UK, the USA/Canada, France, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Japan, Benelux, India, Brazil and Indonesia, plus a network of independent distributors.

Candidates will have good communications skills, be able to work individually as well as part of a team, and have the ability to meet tight deadlines, applying a pragmatic approach when necessary. For all roles we require a Mechanical or Automotive based engineering degree (BEng or MEng). At a Senior Level, we require candidates to have had experience in progressing their designs through to development and manufacture; an involvement in 3D CAD Design and experience of liaising with suppliers and manufacturing departments.
