SOE is a membership organisation for engineers, offering guidance and support for anyone involved in engineering in three sectors; road transport, plant and engineering surveyors.

SOE work towards promoting best practice, technical knowledge and safety through our professional sectors and are committed to raising standards.
Through our networking events, we can help you connect with individuals and organisations to improve your prospects in engineering, and our accreditation schemes such as irtec, which assesses the competence of a vehicle technician, helps individuals prove their credentials.
