RSA Engineering are the market leaders in technical competence within the Inspection industry, market leading in both technical services and training. We consistently only recruit the best people available that provide both an excellent level of qualifications and broad engineering back ground. We employ in excess of 450 engineers operating at a variety of levels ranging from test laboratory technicians through engineer surveyors to engineering consultants. The significant majority are engineer surveyors who operate at a level appropriate to incorporated engineer status.
Following selection and recruitment our engineer surveyors follow a structured training programme which can be tailored to an individual‚s needs in special circumstances, for example where a recruit is already operating as an engineer surveyor in the market.
