PeraSpires is a collaboration between Pera Training and Spires Engineering Consultancy Ltd.
Pera Training is a leading provider of specialist training programmes within the UK for large companies such as BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and AstraZeneca. Established over 60 years ago Pera Training is one of the largest training providers in the UK for both Government funded and commercially tailored programmes with quality awards from Ofsted, ISO 9001, BS11000 and Investors in People to name a few.
Spires Engineering provide Design Engineering and CAD solutions to the Aerospace and Automotive sectors from CAD design to more specialist engineering in Composites and Stress Analysis. In addition, as a Dassault approved educational partner, Spires Engineering provide CATIA V5 support and training for engineers with clients such as Airbus, BAE Systems and Strata Aerospace in the Middle East.
Our collaboration has brought about a new and exciting opportunity for engineering graduates and current engineers looking to expedite their route into a career in Design Engineering. We are proud to introduce the “Design and Development Programme”. This intensive one year programme empowers the candidates with design skills using CATIA software (one of the worlds’ leading CAD packages) coupled with theory based development training and exposure to live industry engineering projects. So alongside the training, each candidate effectively gains work experience while on the programme. The end goal is to take each candidate up to a level whereby he/she has the skills and credibility to greatly boost their potential to get their first job within the Design Engineering sector.
