Project Services provides whole life sustainable solutions for building and infrastructure projects from business case, through design, procurement, construction and into on-going aftercare - creating, constructing and maintaining physical assets that underpin the fabric of society. It focuses on framework agreements, private finance initiative (PFI) projects and long-term maintenance contracts.
The PFI Investments division provides the group with the opportunity to win new construction and facilities management work through the Public Private Partnership (PPP)/Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Procurement route. The group develops innovative financial or service based solutions to meet client needs. The division selects potential bid partners and works closely with other divisions to put the bids together. It also provides management services once contracts are in place and oversees Interserve's investments in such projects.
RMD Kwikform designs and supplies its own range of unique formwork, falsework and access scaffolding products to customers in the construction sector worldwide on a hire and sales basis. With 11 regions of direct operations in Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, South-East Asia and South America, it also trades in numerous other countries either through agencies or direct export. RMD is a customer-driven business. They offer tailored solutions for specific needs, offer compelling value, and succeed by doing, not talking.
