“The Women in Engineering Forum at NECR was a great opportunity to meet other female engineers from other businesses on a relaxed level. It was particularly interesting to see and hear common experiences across a wide range of disciplines and ages. I really enjoyed the experience and would encourage female engineers to attend these events in the future.”
Dr Helen Meese, Electro-Mechanical Power Engineer, Alstec
“As a networker at the Women in Engineering Forum I found it to be an excellent opportunity for us to meet with female engineers in an informal way, allowing delegates to open up and discuss any issues they may have. It was a fantastic way for us to pass on our message and raise awareness of the Mitsubishi brand to potential candidates.”
